Pre-Approval from China!
We received our Pre-Approval today, dated 8/23/07. AND we found out that Lydia's name is not Bao Xin, but actually Bao Xing!! After checking with our agency, they assured us that we are pre-approved for the correct child. In chatting with another Fuling mom, found out that there are more than one Bao Xin and more than one Bao Xing. The pinyin translation is the same, but the Chinese characters are different AND, they make sure that the DOB matches the characters for the child.
After we found out her REAL name, we were relieved that we found out now, not later AND, because the Fuling Kids moderater who assists with First Hugs, had pictures of her from May and August!! Yea!
